Mochi users, we’re doing some house cleaning and need your help to ensure that your payment information is up to date.
Please update your records by taking the following steps:
- 1) Login to your Mochi Media account at http://www.mochimedia.com/login
- 2) Select the “Account” link at the top right of your dashboard.
- 3) Under the account info section of My Account, make sure you completely fill out the section marked Payee Information. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your future payments from Mochi Media.
If you are a US citizen living abroad, please indicate whether or not you are a US citizen by checking the appropriate field and filling out your W-9 information.
If you are a US citizen or resident, please select your country and check the appropriate field to indicate your citizenship.
Q&A: I’m not a US citizen, and I already have my non-US country selected but received an alert. What do I need to do?
As long as you’re not a US citizen, you’re good to go. If you are a US citizen, check the US citizen radio button.
Without your prompt response, your payments from Mochi Media may be delayed. Thanks in advance for your help!

Oh I was surprised when I get an email about this. I though I missed a line, while I’m not.
What if you haven’t made your first $100 yet and your payments are set to hold until then? Do you still have to claim it if it hasn’t been put in your bank account?
@Alan: No but I’d recommend putting it in for when your account does reach the first $100. This will ensure that there aren’t any delays on your future payments.
