Mochi users, we’re doing some house cleaning and need your help to ensure that your payment information is up to date.

Please update your records by taking the following steps:

  • 1) Login to your Mochi Media account at http://www.mochimedia.com/login
  • 2) Select the “Account” link at the top right of your dashboard.
  • 3) Under the account info section of My Account, make sure you completely fill out the section marked Payee Information. Failure to do so may result in a delay of your future payments from Mochi Media.
  • If you are a US citizen living abroad, please indicate whether or not you are a US citizen by checking the appropriate field and filling out your W-9 information.

    If you are a US citizen or resident, please select your country and check the appropriate field to indicate your citizenship.

Q&A: I’m not a US citizen, and I already have my non-US country selected but received an alert. What do I need to do?

    As long as you’re not a US citizen, you’re good to go. If you are a US citizen, check the US citizen radio button.
