This week’s Flash Game Friday winner is Dreams of Lucie by Selykov Oleg.

You are Lucie, and you are having a dream…(or are you?). In this dreamy platformer, your goal for each level is to collect the little yellow pellets and get to the red door in order to advance. Information about your dreams (or nightmares?) is found along the way.

Get to Know Selykov Oleg

My name’s Oleg Selyukov. I am 21 years old, I live in Russia, and I am currently finishing university. I have been intrested in computer games since I was a kid, and recently decided to try making games. So, “Dreams of Lucie” became my first trial project.

I worked on Dreams of Lucie in my spare time for about two months. I was the programmer, artist, and even did some of the music. Many times I wanted to stop my activity and just throw it all away, but, you know, never stop to dream is a major thing.

Of course, through lack of experience, I wasn’t able to implement every idea that I had, and this project didn’t turn out as well as it could have. Still, considering Dreams of Lucie was my first project I am very satisfied with it. :)

Now I’m working on a new game. I hope to finish it without my past mistakes.
