Hi
Thanks for this tutorial. I was wondering if you can tell me anything about the tool chain between you and the animations in the game. I would like to make a flash game, we're two programmers and one artist and we're not sure what software to use. Does anyone know how for example PetSociety on Facebook was made? In particular: how can you make customisable characters that let you change their clothes etc. ?
Any help will be much appreciated!
Cheers,
Gloria

I used to sketch characters and even objects on paper and then try to look at them and duplicate them on screen. Duh! Use the scanner! Since I've been doing that the characters/objects have a much more hand drawn feel to them as opposed to straight horizontal/vertical lines and perfect circles, etc.
